Michael is delighted to be returning to Dirty Dancing having previously played Max in the West End & touring productions of the show.

Theatre credits include: Follies (National Theatre), The Braille Legacy (Charing Cross Theatre), The Sound of Music UK Tour, Tranio in The Taming of the Shrew, Eric Birling in An Inspector Calls, The Dancing Master in Jeremy Sam's translation of Le Bourgeois Gentilhomme called A Fool and his Money also Mack and Mabel, Piaf and Godspel (Nottingham Playhouse). The title role in Mr Cinders, Fabrizio in Mistress of the Inn, Bobby in The Boyfriend and Demetrius in A Midsummer Night's Dream (York Theatre Royal), The Card, for Cameron Mackintosh and directed by Jeremy Sams (Watermill,Newbury).Two seasons at the Open Air Theatre, Regents Park playing Tranio in The Taming of the Shrew, and a tap dancing crooner in A Connecticut Yankee, Happy as a Sandbag, And Then There Were None, and played Giles Ralston in the 43rd year of The Mousetrap, Moon Landing (Derby Playhouse) Promises, Promises (Sheffield Crucible) and Alfie (Watford Palace). UK tours of The Marquise playing Father Clement, and The King and I playing Captain Orton and Sir Edward Ramsey. He received a Manchester Evening News Best Actor nomination for playing nine characters in Second From Last in the Sackrace.

Film and TV includes: Funeral For An Assassin, Angels, Barlow, How's Your Father, Secret Army, Survivors, The Mixer and Westbeach, and a tribute to Noel Gay entitled Remember The Lambeth Walk.
